  • Booking a call — your name, email, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your project, via our Calendly scheduling tool.
  • Email or WhatsApp — anything you send us directly.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any project payments are arranged and processed separately once a quote is agreed.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and book consultations.
  • To prepare quotes and deliver contracted services.
  • To send you updates related to a project you've asked us about.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services we use

To run this website and respond to you efficiently, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party services, each of which processes some personal information on our behalf:

  • EmailJS — delivers messages submitted through our contact form to our inbox.
  • Calendly — handles call scheduling and reminders when you book a call.
  • Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data in transit.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and project-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and maintain a record of past work. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see "Your rights" below).
